Northbound on 101:
Take the 3rd Avenue exit in San Mateo heading West. At B Street (one block past the railroad tracks), turn RIGHT. Go two blocks and we're located on the left hand side.
Southbound on 101:

Parking
There is ample two-hour street metered parking, a four story parking garage (four-hour parking available on the 3rd & 4th floor) located on Main St. between 1st & 2nd, and there is parking at the train station (both ground level and basement). It gets busy on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays and during lunch hour - so please allow plenty of time to park.
Appointments
A credit card is required for all reservations. Pre-authorizations are done for new clients, services over 1 hour, groups, and spa parties. Please arrive 15 min. prior to your appointment to check-in, change, and complete treatment form(s).
Reservation Changes & Cancellations Policy
Your time is very special to us and reserved just for you (we even turn away clients for your appointed time). If you need to reschedule, cancel, or make any changes to your appointment a 24-hour advance notification is required to avoid being charged 100% of scheduled services. However, if we fill your reserved time in full, you will not be charged. A 72-hour advance notification required for spa packages or groups.
NO-SHOWS will be charged at 100% of scheduled services.
Late Arrivals
Should you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment will be modified to maximize your remaining scheduled time. We are unable to compromise our next appointment.
Atmosphere
We are dedicated to the serenity of all our guests. Please turn off cell phones upon check-in. Unfortunately, children under 12 years are not allowed unless scheduled for services.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards can be purchased for any amount online, email, or over the phone. Gift cards are like cash, we can not replace lost gift cards. They are non-refundable and cannot redeemed for cash. Acupuncture and Chiropractic services are excluded.
Gratuities
Gratuities are always appreciated by your technician.
Groups, Spa Parties, and Businesses

Personal Valuables
Please remember to leave all your personal valuables at home – we are not responsible for any lost items.
Payment
We accept Cash, Debit Cards with a Visa or Mastercard Logo, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. We don't accept Personal Checks at this time.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your retail purchase, you may return it within two weeks of purchase. We will gladly exchange it or issue a spa credit only with a printed spa receipt (good towards any spa purchase).
